Bugs Fixed in this version (Forms)
- Child Outcome-ASQ-SE now flags if score is ABOVE cutoff, and disables referral button if it’s below cutoff
- Child Outcome- HOME and Child Outcome- HOME EC “Reason not completed” field is always enabled, subject to staff interpretion
- Monthly Contact Log Form- for sites defining service start as date of first home visit AND calculating home visits from Monthly Contact Log, the estimated service start date is determined by the first month in which a home visit was completed

- Referral- child selection didn’t list all children
- Staff level logins could not see Referral History, though they could add new referrals

Changes to PIMS in version 7.0.8 Release (8/18/13)
This version fixes one critical bug which affects only user-based logins.When logged in as a staff member with no admin access, a user would get an error:
“Record(s) cannot be read; no read permission on ‘tservice_level_history’. in UpdateServiceDatesForIndiv.”
when trying to update service level history in Intake or Service Level History. This prevented updating the person’s Current FSW used in some Child Outcome reports.

- Home Visit Form- IFSP button in middle of form didn’t work
- PIMS16A: Weighted Caseload and PIMS16E: Adjusted Expected Home Visits-count of Total Participants included “ghost” participants, i.e. participants who once had an Intake record entered which was later deleted.
