COMMUNITY RUMMAGE SALE & CRAFT FAIR

Vendor Individual Community Rummage Sale & Craft Fair Contract
The Vendor-Individual agrees to pay a non-refundable space fee of $10.00 to participate in the Henderson County Fairgrounds 2016 Community Rummage Sale & Craft Fair, Saturday, May 6, 2017, being held at the Henderson County Fairgrounds. GPS address is: 383 Airline Road, Henderson, KY 42420.
Vendor/Individual will be responsible for supplying table or tent, which may be up to a 10 x 10 space. Vendors/Individual will be responsible for any sales tax incurred if you are selling a product. We will be advertising via social media and fliers throughout area businesses. Ad for this event will be placed in the Newspaper classified section where they post “Rummage Sales” on Friday, May 5th.

General Information and Contract Agreement
Deadline for the $10.00 space reservations must be received no later than Friday, May 5, 2017. If deadline is not met, we cannot guarantee space. Spots will be sold the day of Rummage Sale, Saturday, May 6th for $15.00 CASH ONLY (Space permitting).
1. Book your space now! $10 booth space is available on a first come first serve basis. Limited number of covered pavilion spaces available. Same Day spaces will be $15.00 (CASH ONLY–NO EXCEPTIONS)
2. No repeat direct seller vendors. First PAID contract received will determine each direct seller vendor.
3. Vendor/Individuals are responsible for manning their space/booth. No fire, flame grilling, or cooking permitted in your booth. Please keep your space/booth area clean and visually appealing! Concessions will be available on-site.
4. Check-in time will be Saturday, May 6th at 6:00 a.m. at GATE #1. All vendors/individuals will enter and exit through GATE #1. If you did not pay in advance, $15 CASH payment will be expected upon check-in prior to setting up. NO EXCEPTIONS. Direct seller vendors must pay in advance with signed contract.
5. Please have your vendor vehicle parked in designated vendor parking area no later than 7:45 a.m.
6. Vendor/Individual agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Henderson County Fiscal Court, Henderson Parks & Programs, Henderson County Fair Inc., and its members for any damages and/or liability arising out of injury, theft or personal property losses during said event.
