Community Commercial Development Corp. / To improve community through neighborhood commercial development and revitalization / Identify 5 businesses for façade improvement program; purchase land for parking lot; convene 3 resident/business community forums / Assist with recovering $3,500 deposit on land for parking lot from fraudulent seller / The $3,500 deposit was refunded / The returned funds will enable CCD to put a down payment on another parcel of land or use for other commercial development purposes
