The 27th Annual Hot Wheels® Collectors Convention will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, CA, September 25 - September 29, 2013. Make plans now to attend this exciting event with the most serious, most FUN-loving people in collecting! Scheduled activities include room-to-room trading throughout the week, daily autograph sessions, charity events (including auction), downhill racing, Sizzlers® races and a
Hot Wheels® toy show on Sunday (also open to the public; rent a table and sell your extras!). Room-to-room trading is not open to the public; participation in any/all events requires a ticket. Ticket sales are limited to 1000 total.
Confirmation letters will be EMAILED weekly or mailed out within 2 weeks after receipt of payment. Hotel information, dinner, Hot Wheels® Convention Mania, Poker Tournament, vending machine, Button Bingo™ forms and table contracts will be included. We have reserved 300 rooms at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, CA for the week. You will need your confirmed ticket number to reserve a room and receive the group rate of $122.00 per night at the hotel (one room per ticket number). Rooms are available on a first-come basis while supply lasts. There will be an official Convention car, made by Mattel, given out to those paid ticket holders in attendance at the Saturday Night Finale. You must be present to receive your car. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)

Children 12 and under are free (one per paying adult), but we still need their name, address and age on a separate ticket form. You may purchase an adult ticket for a child. Free kids’ tickets are not eligible to buy souvenir cars, dinner tickets, Button Bingo™ cards, Vending Machine pulls or to receive a goody bag or the free Finale car. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and limited to one per person. Orders cannot be processed for those who do not include the required information.
At this time, tickets sales are open only to subscribers of the Hot Wheels® Newsletter, limit six tickets per subscriber (your ticket plus five family/friends.) Sales open to the public on June 1, 2013 and close on September 6, 2013, or when sold out; tickets are limited to 1000 sold. EVENT FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY September 13, 2013.

Please read before filling out the Convention Form.
1. HWN# is your Hot Wheels® Newsletter (NOT HWC) subscriber number and should only be written in if you are a current subscriber to the Newsletter. Friends and family are non-members so don’t write anything in that space. They are still eligible to purchase a ticket if their form is in the same envelope as yours.
2. If you buy a ticket or tickets for persons other than yourself, put down either their address or c/o your name and address. The USPS will often return mail we send to persons not listed at your address.
3. Please write the full address on each form. Do not abbreviate city names.
4. Kids need their own form with their age, not just a checkmark. Age needs to be on the form even if you are paying for the ticket, so that we have enough age-appropriate giveaways. If you are requesting a free ticket for the child, please put a checkmark on the line requesting the free ticket on the child‘s form (not yours).
5. You do not need to send separate checks for each person.
6. Please cut your form on the dotted line and keep the top portion for reference.
7. Tickets (Convention, Dinner, etc.) are non-transferable, non-refundable.
8. When sending in orders for the add-on events (add-on event info will be emailed within 1 week of receipt of
payment), one check is enough for all persons requesting tickets for each event. In addition, all event forms
and checks can be sent in the same envelope.
