LEXINGTON KY REUNION
2015REUNION INFORMATION
The reunion registration fee for this year will be $65.00 per person.Registration forms must be in our hands no later than August 15, 2015.
Hotel: Lexington Green Hilton Suites, 245 Lexington Green Circle, Lexington, Ky. 40503
The number for hotel reservations is 1-859-271-4000. When making your reservations be sure you mention our Group Name is Pleiku AB Associationand the code to receive the reunion rate is PLE. Hotel reservations must be made before the cutoff date of August 1st, so do not delay. Hotel rate is $109/night+ taxes (includes full buffet breakfast).
Before you complete your registration form, please take some time to review the activities planned for the reunion. You will be required to make some choices on the registration form.
Thursday, September 10, 2015. There is an optional Horse Farm Tour and visit to Keeneland Race Course. Bus will pick us up at the hotel at approximately 9 am and return us to the hotel around 3 pm. Lunch will be included during the tour. Cost for the optional tour is $35.00per person.
Friday, September 11, 2015. The memorial service will be at the Kentucky Vietnam Veterans Memorial There will be a bus to transport us to the site. After the memorial service we will go to Buffalo Trace Distillery ( for lunch, a tour of the distillery and some tastings.
Choices for Lunch:
1. THE SINGLE BARREL (pulled pork on a Sesame bun)
2. THE WHITE OAK (pulled chicken on a Sesame bun)
3. THE BOTTLING HALL (chicken salad with tomatoes and lettuce on fresh Honey Wheat Berry bread)
4. THE DRY HOUSE (ham on a fresh Light Rye Hoagie roll, with tomatoes, lettuce and American cheese)
5. THE COLONEL BLANTON (Sliced turkey dressed with tomatoes, lettuce and Swiss cheese on a Light Rye Hoagie roll)
All box lunches are served with chips and a chocolate bar. Also include are mustard and mayonnaise packs along with a pre-pack of fork, knife, spoon, napkin, salt, pepper and wet napkin.
Drink Choices: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Diet Dew, Sierra Mist, Bottled Water, Dr. McGillicuddy’s Root Beer
The cost of the lunch is included in your registration fee. If you are not planning to attend the Buffalo Trace Tour, then you will need to provide your own transportation to the memorial service.
