SICK & RETIRED PRIESTS COLLECTION

The clergy of this parish thank everyone who donated to the Sick & Retired Priests collection last weekend. It’s not too late to make a donation if you wish, just put it in an envelope marked ‘Sick & Retired Priests Collection’ and pop it through the presbytery letterbox. Thank you for your prayers for all our Catholic priests and especially for those concluding a lifetime of service to the Church. For more information, visit www.rcdow.org.uk/donations

DICKENSIAN EVENING

Next weekend is the final weekend for donations and to sign up to help

Ware Dickensian Evening is on Friday 2nd December and our parish will be having a Bottle Tombola Stall which raises funds to reduce the debt on our new Parish Centre. There will be boxes placed in the porch for you to donate any ‘bottles’ for the stall - unopened and in date please! Helpers are needed to run the stall; people only need to offer an hour of their time to help, please sign up on the sheet at the back of the Church. Your continuing generosity to this Parish Fund Raiser is always appreciated and it's a great way to be part of this community event.

Parishioners are aware of the double parking in the car park during weekend Masses and social events. If you park in the middle please ensure you remove your car immediately after Mass either to another parking space or on to the road if you are staying on. We would remind you that there is a large supermarket car park close by which allows 3 hours free parking and a number of our parishioners have used that facility. If you have people visiting for Mass or a function please will you make them aware of the parking situation, thank you.
