Dear Plan Participant,
In our initial communications we shared with you our partnership with Solium Capital Inc. (“Solium”) to deliver accessible, timely services for our <Plan Name> participants.
We are pleased to announce that we are launching these enhanced services today and we invite you to activate your Shareworks account. All participants are encouraged to activate their Shareworks account immediately. Below is a description of Shareworks and instructions on how to get started managing your account online.
Services that you receive through Shareworks:
§ Portfolio access anytime – You have a secure single login to view your account holdings and transaction history from any computer with Internet access.
§ Conduct transactions online – Shareworks provides you with direct access toU.S. financial markets for simple real-time transactions in a few clicks.
§ Information alerts – Your message board in Shareworks will notify you ofkey events and any blackout periods where you may not sell shares.
§ Help and support – Solium is dedicated to assisting you by phone or email from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday. If you do not have Internet access, Solium will help you manage your account by phone.
Activating your Solium Shareworks account is fast and simple
1. Go to www.solium.com/activate
2. Select your preferred language
3. Enter your Company ID “xxxxxx” and Password “xxxxxx” (case sensitive).
4. Fill out the activation form with your contact information
5. Review and complete the Participant Account Agreement
6. A confirmation screen will display once your activation is complete. Take note of the confirmation number for your reference. You have completed the online activation at this point and may log off.
Within a few days, you will receive your personal account number and temporary passwords by mail from Solium. They will come in two separate letters for security purposes.
If you need to transact immediately, please complete the steps above and then contact Solium at

Login to Shareworks for the first time
Your first time accessing your Shareworks account is unique. To login you need the two letters that you received from Solium that included your account number, and temporary login and transaction passwords.
1. Go to www.solium.com/login
2. Enter your account number and temporary login password (case sensitive)
Notice that you have two passwords - one is to login and one to transact. Both are temporary and you will be asked to reset them upon first use.
4. Your first time logging in only, you will be asked to review and approve agreement(s) that entitle you to receive real-time stock quotes.
5. Applicable for Stock Option and Share Unit plans only: Also only at your first login, you will be asked to confirm that your account is accurate, or submit concerns/questions electronically for resolution. You will see the confirmation prompt at the bottom of your Account Summary page.
6. Once you have confirmed the accuracy of your holdings, you may view your account portfolio and will be able to transact online.
