The 4th Annual Australian Young Finance Professionals Awards will be the first event to encompass almost every function within Banking & Finance.

Focusing on rewarding achievements in customer and business outcomes, these awards are designed to showcase the next generation of banking professionals. The awards provide a great platform for institutions to recognise individuals who have performed at a level which surpasses the expectations of their current career length. Institutions also benefit from an enhanced employer brand.

For the community and enhancing industry reputation these awards perform a great function to increase the visibility and audience of customer and business ideas. They facilitate the sharing of success stories normally limited by career length and/or seniority.
