Resits: All resits to be scheduled in A3 2018 (including trailed resits, first and second resits and a resit prior/after to re-entry to restart a stage/term following temporary withdrawal). PGT Resit submissions should normally be submitted on Monday of Wk1 A3 to allow exams to be scheduled on the remaining days in A3 (alternatively Schools to preferably set another single date for PG Resit submissions).

Staggering of deadlines: Schools are advised to stagger coursework e-submissions scheduled in Weeks 12 in T1 and T2 by day and time to reduce impact on the service. E-submission deadlines set in A1 and A2 will be staggered by the University following a review of the load on the service.

Virtual PABs for TWD: dates have been included to ensure that TWD candidates are considered more promptly to enable an earlier PAB decision to be made.

Publication dates for the return of marks and feedback: the reference to ‘15 term time working days’ has been replaced in the regulations for 2017/18 with ‘normally within 3 weeks’. This applies to coursework assessments as well as mid-year and end-of-year assessments. Marks and feedback for assessments in A2 and A3 are not normally published until after the PAB.

Version 2 includes: first two weeks rather than last two weeks of A3 used for exams enabling the Resit PAB to be held one day earlier to support results processing.
