The Board decided that candidates had two choices:
1) Go through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and have their degree evaluated by the Education Evaluation Services for Architects (EESA) process.
2) Not have their degree evaluated, and apply under Md. Code Ann., Bus. Occ. And Prof. §3- 303(c)(2) with a non-National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) degree and substitute work experience according to the Board's education/experience matrix.
