Please provide a copy of the Veteran’s military service record. If it is not available, please use the attached forms to procure a copy of contact the Missaukee County Veteran’s Affairs Office for assistance. If you have an original DD 214 that has not been recorded in the Missaukee County Clerk’s office – please do that to protect your valuable record. There is no charge and they will provide free certified copies. The monument committee will be meeting on a regular basis to approve Veterans’ names.
