RE:Advisory Memo – Accessing the New MDS QI/QM, Changes in QI/QM Reports, New System Requirements, Data Specification Changes, and Software Upgrades

The Office of Long Term Care will conduct four (4) one-half day training sessions on Accessing the New MDS QI/QM, Changes in QI/QM Reports, New System Requirements, Data Specification Changes, and Software Upgrades. These training sessions are designed for MDS Coordinators and Automation staff; therefore, only two slots are allotted for each facility. These training sessions have been approved for four (4) contact hours. Registration is on-site.

The training sessions will be provided in the following locations on the specified dates:

  • April 12, 2005, Blue Flame Room (the building formerly known as the ArklaBuilding) Office of Child Support Enforcement, 400 East Capitol, Little Rock, Arkansas. The Blue Flame Room will accommodate 150 participants in auditorium style seating. Registration 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. – Training 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • April 14, 2005, St. Edwards Mercy Medical Center, HennessyCenter,7301 Rogers Avenue, Fort Smith, Arkansas. The HennessyCenter will accommodate 100 participants. Registration 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. – Training 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • April 19, 2005, Southern Arkansas University, Roy E. Ledbetter Tech Engineering Bldg., Room 114, 100 Carr Road, East Camden, Arkansas. Auditorium style seating accommodates 100 participants. Registration 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. – Training 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • April 22, 2005, Blue Flame Room (the building formerly known as the ArklaBuilding) Office of Child Support Enforcement, 400 East Capitol, Little Rock, Arkansas. The Blue Flame Room will accommodate 150 participants in auditorium style seating. Registration 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. – Training 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
