Process Log
2/11/08- We picked our group today. The group consists of Alyn Kiel, Travis Duffy and me, Jill Hyland. We also picked our topic today and the topic we chose was “Why, How and Where to add an advertisement to your blogging website.” This all went on in class today.
2/13/08- Today we started to figure out the topics we were going to cover in the tutorial. This weekend Travis is going to write an outline for our tutorial and email both of us the document for us to go over. This is so that we will have something to work off of for next class.
2/18/08- Today we broke down our tutorial and what we were going to exactly do. Travis will be writing the content of the tutorial and the steps. Alyn will be doing the code for the page. And Jill will be doing the images and the process log. We are going to get all of our images that we can think of and the instructions for the tutorial by next class.
2/20/08- Today we started our power-point. We have an introduction, three steps, and a conclusion. Over the weekend we are going to find more screenshots and blogs to use for examples in our tutorial. Travis is going to add the power-point to his personal page to give to Ellen.
2/25/08- Had someone review our power-point and talked about what sort of style sheet and color scheme we should use on our tutorial/website.
2/27/08- Updated our personal pages and used CSS style sheets to make our pages look different.
3/10/08- Today in class we figured out what the structure of our webpage was going to look like. Before next class Alyn is going to do the layout of the page. Travis is going to finish the writing of the steps and send them to Jill. Jill is going to get the pictures to go with the text and send them to Alyn to put onto the page. We are planning on trying to get the web page done before next class for the peer review.
3/12/08- We had our peer review today and we are going to try and make our web page as good as possible. Ayln is going to touch up the site, Travis is going to touch up the text and Jill is going to touch up the images. This weekend we are going to stay in contact so that we can make sure the site is done by Monday.
3/17/08- Today we are just making minor adjustments on the web site and then we are putting them on our personal pages.
