STEPS TO LOGIN AT DISPATCH PROGRAMME:

Brief details for each step:

DASH BOARD:

It gives you one page look about your fleet, such as how many truck/trailers/drivers are waiting for load.

MANGE USERS:

Here you can create as many as you want staff users to use it.

MANAGE TRUCK:

Add your truck information one time only. Annual safety date will be red if the safety is getting expire in next 60 days.

MANAGE TRAILOR:

Add your trailersinformation one time only. Annual safety date will be red if the safety is getting expire in next 60 days.

MANAGE DRIVERS:

Add driver’s information. The driver’s license expiry date will be red if it is getting expire in next 60 days.

You will have to select the salary payment option if it is per mile, per hour or % of load amount..

On the right hand side below the button add driver you can click on the action which have 3-4 options for your requirement. Make sure driver invoice will be created only the load (which has been assigned to the driver have been delivered)

MANAGE CUSTOMER:

Add your customer’s information one time only.

MANAGE LOAD:

Here you have 3 options which are self-explanatory. In brief:

Add new load: put all information in this window. If you are paying the driver on hourly basis then you will have to put how many hours you will pay to the driver to deliver that load. When you enter the whole load info the click get miles near the load miles window which will show the total miles between the shipping address and delivering address. These miles will be used to calculate the pay stuff for the owner operator or driver who are being paid based of per mile rate.

Click on the right hand side on ‘action’ to assign load, deliver load, create invoice and print invoice.

After creating the load, If you click on address then it will show you the proper address in map to locate the location.

EXP/DED:

Under this head you can add account names which you want to use to deduct from driver’s pay or to pay him for his out of pocket expenses.

TO CREAT CUSTMER INVOICE:

Open Manage Load and click invoice and put the required info and print the invoice & send to customer.

DRIVER PAY:

You can pay advance to driver which will be deducted from driver pay at the time of driver pay. If driver did some expenses from his pocket that will be added in driver invoice.

Click manage driver. On right hand side click “action” to edit driver information, enter advance payment information or create invoice. You will see driver invoice switch only if there is any pending invoice to create.

Click invoice which will take you on a window where delivered load invoices by the driver will show. Click the load for which you wish to create a invoice and click next which will take you to the window where you can deduct the advance amount ( if any) put expenses amount or deductions amount and click each time the button says add exp or add deduction to add more than one item. The bottom window will show the details of expenses and deductions you added.

At the end click the button submit which will show you the invoice in PDF file which you can print and pay to the driver.

Click driver name which will take to the window which will show you the driver statement of account. You can click any invoice to make the payment which can be full amount or in parts

All your data will be saved on GODADDY Server which is 100% secure and confidential. If you wish to save the data you will have to buy your own data base server which we can transfer any time.

Price to use it

Minimum 25.00 per month (up to 2 trucks) plus HST

Additional truck is 10.00 per truck per month to the max, of 75.00 per month with unlimited use. Plus HST
