*These fees are in addition to the conference registration. Please include payment for Options 1, 2, and 3 WITH your registration fee.
NOTE: There is no formal evening program connected with the Conference. Guests choosing Options 1 and 2 will have an opportunity to informally tour the AirlieCenter grounds, network with other conference attendees and sponsors, and relax at the on-site pub.
NOTE: The conference center offers the lodging/food options as complete packages including dinner and breakfast. These options cannot be modified. You must pre-register for these options and pre-pay the fees. Fees are non-refundable after January 16, 2004.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received in writing by January 16, 2004, there will be a 50% refund of the registration fee and 100% refund of the lodging/food option costs. After January 16, 2004, no refunds will be allowed.
