7-8 remediation in all core subject areas, prevention of student retention
9-12/AEC core courses, credit recovery for those off track for graduation,

Strengths of Program/Data:
· Academic opportunities for low achieving students
· Meal program
· Transportation for AEC and CHS
· Progress reports and grade reports sent home
· Additional time to complete credits towards graduation
Concerns Regarding Program/Data:
· Ensuring attendance for all students that need to attend
· Funding prohibits the hiring of a librarian and computer lab teacher
· Funding prohibited providing summer school for pre-k students
· Transportation is needed for all grade levels
· AEC, offer more credits (only offer .5)
Program Goals:
· K-6, all students performing on or above grade
· Include enrichment classes and provide outside experiences
· Research the success of providing summer school later in the summer (closer to the start of the new school year)
· Develop strategies that will draw more students to attend
· AEC, offer .5 credit for service learning to entice more students to attend and can earn a full credit
