State Show Sponsor Information
It’s that time of year again to start looking for sponsors for our April State Show at the Pima County Fairgrounds. Our sponsors are what make our state show so successful, allowing us to award great prizes from 1st – 5th. Remember anyone can be a sponsor. Ads do not have to be associated with a business; they can simply be someone wishing a rider luck in the competition. Sponsors receive advertising in our show program and are announced throughout the two day show. Donations other than money are also greatly appreciated as they can be used for the raffles. Depending on the value of the donation accommodations will be made to include the donor in the show program.
Any rider turning in $150 of advertising for our program will receive free entry to the show. All ads will be in the program exactly as you turn them in. Please remember that your ads are your responsibility.
Hard copies of your ads can be mailed with your entry or emailed to . Remember that if you email your ad be sure to mention the rider with whom the ad is associated. All checks must be made payable to MVSC.

Missionview Saddle Club (MVSC) is a non-profit family oriented association with an emphasis on Gymkhanas for riders of all ages. Gymkhanas are timed events on horseback. These types of games give a foundation for many phases of the horse industry. Horsemanship has proven to be an effective way to reach youngsters, captivate their interest, and instill confidence and direction in their development. Gymkhanas are a recreational alternative to the drug and crime influenced environments our children face on a day to day basis.
MVSC links up with the Pima County Fair hosting a Gymkhana where families from all over the state come to compete—working together for wholesome family oriented and competitive sportsmanship at its best. Sponsorships and donations are the key factors in promoting a successful Gymkhana. Your sponsorship and/or donation will be used toward the awards for the two-day competition. In exchange for your sponsorship and/or donation you will receive advertising in our program and your business name will be announced throughout the two-day show. Your advertisement will reach a great volume of people since the show is held in conjunction with the Pima County Fair on April 28 & 29, 2018.
Your contribution will make the difference! With your sponsorship our youth will gain the advantages of good companions and character building leadership that will mold their futures. Your contribution will join MVSC and the Pima County Fair in working together to support Gymkhana events for children, adults and senior citizens.
