Role:
- Spearheading development of conceptual basic design documents project schedules, master schedules, resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, budgets and cash flow projections; monitoring the same with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance
- Conducting cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies and assessment of project requirements
