You have been identified as a potential candidate to receive recognition for completion of a pathway. In order to assist in determining which recognition you qualify for, the following form must be completed with the required signatures and information. This form must be completed and returned to the Counseling Office on or before April 17, 2015.

To be recognized for Advanced Academic Pathway achievements in English, Mathematics, and/or Science, you MUST have successfully completed:
* at least four courses required for graduation in the content area AND
* at least one of the four courses must be an AP or Dual Enrollment course in the academic content area
*earned two credits in sequential courses in one world language
To be recognized for Advanced Academic Pathway achievements in Social Studies, you MUST have successfully completed:
* at least three courses required for graduation in the content area AND
* at least one of the three courses must be an AP or Dual Enrollment course in the academic content area
* earned two credits in sequential courses in one world language
To be recognized for Advanced Academic Pathway achievements in World Language, you MUST have successfully completed:
* at least three courses in the same world language
* at least one of the courses must be AP or Dual Enrollment in the language
(At WFHS can only receive in SPANISH unless your are taking an AP World Language class on-line)

PART I: Pathway Seal of Completion: (Small gold seal on HS Diploma)
Circle the AP and Dual Enrollment credits you have in ONE PATHWAY AREA. If you are applying for the English, Math, Science, or Social Studies pathway, you must check off and have the two years of the same world language verified as this is part of the Seal of Completion requirement.
