-Fill out the tabs as shown below

NOTE: A Call for Proposal ID will be automatically assigned by the system when you Save

-Save

NOTE: To attach a document you have to Save first and then use the Paperclip icon in the top right corner of the screen

NOTE: An e-mail alert will be send to PMOs, Project Leaders, and Project Admins informing them of the new Call for Proposal

  1. Idea

-Fill out all the tabs as shown below

NOTE: An Idea ID will be automatically assigned by the system when you Save

-Save

NOTE: To attach a document you need to Save first and then use the Paperclip icon in the top right corner of the screen

-To check the workflow for an Idea you need to use the Workflow Enquiry under Common

-Select the Idea element type and click on the magnifying glass to see details of the workflow

-Click on the Map button as shown below to open the workflow map

Workflow colour map:

Green – Approved

Yellow – Currently Active

Red – Rejected

Blue - Forward

No Colour – future steps

  1. Concept notes

-Fill out the section as shown below

NOTE: A CNP ID will be automatically assigned by the system when you Save

NOTE: To attach a document you have to Save first, and then use the Paperclip icon in the top right corner

-Save

-Check the workflow for the new Concept Note you have just created

-Select the Concept Note element type

-Click on the Map button as shown below to open the workflow map

Workflow colour map:

Green – Approved

Yellow – Currently Active

Red – Rejected

Blue – Forward

No Colour – future steps

  1. Agreements

-Fill out the section as shown bellow

NOTE: An Agreement ID will be automatically assigned by the system when you Save

NOTE: To attach a document click on the Paperclip icon in the top right corner of the screen and follow the instructions

-Save

-Check the workflow for the new Agreement you have just created

-Select the Agreement element type

-Click on the Map button as shown below to open the workflow map

Workflow colour map:

-Select the Partner Letter of Agreement element type and click on the magnifying glass to open the list with workflows

-Click on the Map button as shown below to open the workflow map
