Brief Role Statement / Provides leadership of the development and delivery of the plan for training school staff in rural and remote NSW on the LMBR solutions.
Selection Criteria / Tertiary qualifications and extensive current educational leadership experience
Demonstrated understanding of the professional standards and accreditation processes and capacity to manage systems supporting accreditation processes.
Demonstrated superior liaison, consultation and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders in a politically sensitive environment.
Superior analytical, planning, and conceptual skills, combined with innovative and creative problem solving skills for the provision of expert advice and the development of innovative solutions and strategies
Demonstrated successful leadership of change management processes to achieve organisational goals, objectives and priorities.
Demonstrated superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and the capacity to apply these to a wide range of reports, submissions and strategic planning.
High level ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and tight timeframes and to develop advice on complex policies and strategies, based on sound judgement in a strategic context.
Capacity to lead staff in implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education and Training policies to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Position Title / Leader Deployment Support (Rural and Remote Schools)

Brief Role Statement / Provides leadership of the development and delivery of the plan for training school staff in rural and remote NSW on the LMBR solutions.
Statement of Duties / Manage the LMBR training and deployment plan for schools in rural and remote NSW.
Provide expert advice to the Director, LMBR Systems Deployment on complex matters relating to deployment to schools in rural and remote NSW.
Advocate schools perspectives in deployment activities and communication materials for schools.
Lead key working groups to design and prepare key documents and activities for the deployment of LMBR solutions to schools.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the PPA, SPC, SAS groups and Directors PS NSW to ensure that the deployment plan is responsive to the varying needs of rural and remote schools.
Prepare reports, briefings and ministerial correspondence and the effective and efficient management of records.
