ALL ABOUT UNIFORMS!
Jackets, Pants, and Helmets:
Our wonderful uniform mom’s have been working hard to organize all things uniforms this year. All students should have been fitted for and assigned uniform pants, jackets, and helmets at this point! This year we will be storing the uniforms at school in the uniform closet. Our hope is that this will make life easier for everyone and keep our uniforms in the best shape possible. When students arrive on Friday nights for the football game, they will arrive in shorts, their marching band t-shirt,black socks, and tennis shoes. After our on-field practice, students will return to the band room to get ready for the game. At this time, uniforms will be distributed to be put on over the students’ shorts and t-shirts. Following the game, students will place their uniforms back on the hangers and turn them in on the racks.
Gloves:
All students will receive one pair of white gloves. Gloves can be kept in the helmet bags.
Shoes:
The shoes we will be using this year are called Drill Masters. The cost for the shoes is $28. These shoes will last students throughout high school or until they grow out of them. The shoes will be stored in the bottom section of the helmet bag designated for shoes.
Shoe order forms and ordering information are attached on the second page of this document.
Uniform Cleaning:
Uniform cleaning will be maintained by the uniform committee.
