Kitchen/Dining

•  Clarify microwave plug is hidden ‘iside island’ (not on top of island)

•  Fridge plug where exactly? (Think Cotteswood have detailed this)

•  TV plug next to fridge - where?

Hall

•  Exact position of main pendant TBC.

Dressing Room

•  Check with Ian (pendant above stairs) - is side of stairs wall or spindles.

Reece and Laura bathrooms

•  Clarify mirror electrics

Loft Floor

•  plug for heat exchanger?

General Notes

1.  Electric toothbrush plugs (& shaver sockets?)

2.  Confirm plugs high / low. (Kitchen, utility, TV’s)

3.  Confirm TV heights

4.  Confirm which lights are dimmable

5.  Can you get two way dimmers?

6.  Safe location - does it need a plug?

7.  Smoke Alarms

8.  BT / Electrics - where do they come into house? Utility? If so, what is needed space wise & where? Plugs etc?

9.  Check enough room for double plug & light switch near breakfast bar / rear entry.

10.  Do we need extra wall lights each side of fireplace in hall downstairs?

11.  Check how Reece’s bathroom mirror light switches on

12.  Snooker Table - confirm location, move spots?

13.  Doorbell electrics

14.  Hallway 1st Floor. Should spots be over top of bannister or central to walkway?

15.  Laura’s ensuite - her mirror does not need switch.

16.  Reece’s bathroom - only need 2 switches - low level on sensor.

Notes for fittings supplier

1.  Downstairs WC - how bright will all lights be if all on one sensor? Suggest split into switch for spots, sensor just for ‘ambient / feature’ lighting

2.  Tiltable spots for long wall next to chimney breast & possible chimney breast too - thoughts? both walls or just side of chimney breast.

3.  Laura’s ensuite - how does she change colour of colour lights? Remote control?
