Experience / § Minimum 2 years at F grade in paediatric ambulatory
§ Experience of working in general paediatrics
§ Paediatric A&E experience
§ Experience of working in an ambulatory care / day surgery / out patients setting
§ Experience of managing a team of staff (nursing and non nursing staff)
§ Demonstrable service development experience
§ Experience of undertaking audits
§ Experience of managing professional change
§ Currently working with learners
§ Evidence of clinical management experience
§ Experience of successfully managing sickness absence and the disciplinary process / § Experience of managing significant organisational change
