INTRODUCTION
These administrative arrangements provide basic information pertaining to your participation and travel to Changsha city, Hunan province, China.
DATE AND EVENTS
Monday June 6: GIF Advisory Council Meeting
Tuesday June 7: PPP in China Conference
All of GIF Advisory Council Meeting participants are invited to take part in both events.
ID, PASSPORTS AND VISAS
All participants should be in possession of a valid ID or passport, with an entry visa (if required). It is advisable to arrange your visa well in advance of the date required. The Ministry of Finance can provide a visa invitation letter upon request.
INSURANCE
Participants are advised to obtain travel and medical insurance before their departure that covers the duration of their stay in China.
HOTEL TRANSFER
Pick-up from the airport to the hotel upon arrival and drop-off at the airportupon departure will be provided for GIF Advisory Council Meeting participants at no charge. Please be sure to provide all necessary arrival and departure details in the Event Registration Form.Participants who need transfer service will be sent to the hotel orthe airport in batches on the basis of their different arrival and departure time. In case of special circumstances, please go to the hotel and the airport by yourself.
Airport pick-up and drop-off service will be provided. There will be volunteers waiting at the arrival gate of the airport upon arrival, and at the lobby of the hotelupon departure, with the logo of GIF, which participants could easily find.
VENUE
Both GIF Advisory Council Meeting and PPP in China Conference will take place at the Huatian Hotel (Changsha HuatianDajiudian), located at 300 East Jiefang Road (Jiefang Dong Lu)(300) Changsha, Hunan Province, China.

ACCOMMODATION
You are all encouraged to stay at the Huatian Hotel where both events will be held. No hotel-to-hotel transfers will be available for those staying in other hotels. Also, traffic is likely to be especially heavy as the China college entrance exams will be taking place from June 6-8, and moving from hotel to hotel might be difficult.
TRAVEL AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Please plan to arrive in Changsha before Monday, 6 June. Special guest rates have been negotiated for GIF Advisory Council Meeting participants at the Huatian Hotel and are listed in the attachedHotel Price Sheet.Please contact the hotel directly to make your reservations and there is a special channel for all participants to check in. Note that you will not need to provide credit card information in advance and can settle your bill at check-out.

REGISTRATION
All participants attending the events are required to register. Please be sure to have completed registration by sending the registration form efore May 25.
FEES AND EXPENSES
HuatianHotel will adopt the way of pre-authorization, so deposit is not needed. Some money in your card will be temporarily frozen firstly,and all expenses will be deducted when you leave the hotel.
MEALS
Throughout the two days, the co-hosts will provide refreshments, coffee and tea, lunch, and an evening reception dinner on 6 June. All participants are invited to the welcome dinner co-hosted by China Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Center andHunan Financial Bureauat 6:30 pm in the evening of Monday, June 6. Kindly response by Wednesday, May 25, 2016 for a count of attendance.
In the Hotel, you can have the breakfast in the western restaurant on the second floor. It starts from 6:45 a.m. and lasts to 9:00 a.m..
AGENDA
A Draft Agenda is attached. The agenda is being finalized, and will be distributed to all participants nearer the event date. So will other documents.
LANGUAGE
The GIF Advisory Council Meeting will be conducted entirely in English while simultaneous translation between Chinese and English will be provided for PPP in ChinaConference.
CONNECTIVITY
When you are in your own room in Huatian Hotel, you can connect the Wi-Fiin the name of your own room number with no password.All conference rooms and public spaces are also equipped with Wi-Fi connection.
BUSINESS CENTER
We have business centers at Huatian Hotel and access to telephones or computers. Participants can bring your laptops and/or smartphones, if needed.
