Let’s get this party started This is your first facial and what is great about Mary Kay is just like when you see your stylist, get a manicure or a pedicure see your dentist etc. – you will be seeing me on a regular basis to make sure you are looking your hottest all year long.
Do your presentation up to foundation then do marketing. Say “we are going to take a little break to let your foundation set….doesn’t your face feel great?” (feel face with the back of your hand and nod as you are saying this)

Looking at #2 then ask...you wrote that you liked it ALL! YAY! Would you like to start pampering yourself and get it all today or start with a few of the sets? Whatever you decide is great with me. Then quietly wait for her to answer. If she is unsure then help her narrow her options by doing a Wish List of what she really liked...then ask her what on the list would she like to take home with her today.
Looking at #3...if A then have her complete the Agreement along with her payment for the starter kit. Congratulate her and tell her your Director will be contacting her tomorrow. If B, send her with a team building/recruiting packet and schedule either a Conference Call with me or schedule time to meet with her one-on-one to tell her more about MK business. If C then ask her to help you with training by listening to a 20 min conference call with me….or I can call her directly with a 3-way call with you.
Go back to the follow up appt and if she booked a party, give her your hostess pack and explain your hostess program and have her pick out what party she would like to do.
