Guidelines for enrolling to project

  • First the students should broadly decide the area in which they are going to do the project

Example:Access Technologies, GSM, Broadband, Networking, Computers & Programming,CDMA Technologies, Fibre Optics, Switching and Management.

  • The student should register online for the project at rgm.bsnl.co.in(Link: Students Project)and one Application IDwill be generated by the system for each student. This ID must be noted for future reference.
  • To decide the particular topic under the area, the students are requested to visit our training centre RGMTTC, BSNL at Meenambakkam, Chennai-16 and contact PRO section on any working day.
  • Depending upon the Area selected by the students, they will be sent to the concerned guide for Counseling. Here they will be given multiple topics out of which they have to select one topic for doing project.This will enable the students to have better idea about the topic and clarification of doubts.( In a group, it is enough that one student may come for personal counseling)
  • After selecting the topic the students will consult theinternal guide / HOD of the college for concurrence of the topic. The student will get bonafide letter from college requesting for doing the project in particular topic.
  • Along with bonafide letter students have to pay project fees as detailed below.

B.E / B.Tech Final year Project = Rs.7080/- (Incl . of taxes)

MBA/MCAProject = Rs.9440/- (Incl of Taxes)
M.Tech Project = Rs.14160/- (Incl of Taxes)

Mini Project = Rs.4720/- (Incl of Taxes)

Cash / Cheque will not be accepted.

The fees will be collected through Demand Draft drawn in favour of

“Sr AO (Cash), O/O CGM, BSNL, TN Circle, Chennai-2"

payable at Chennai.

  • The students will be given receipt for payment and project award letter to the college will be sent by BSNL.
  • Once student pay the Project Fees they will consult the guide for doing the project.
  • The project will be awarded on first come first serve basis only

. i.e payment of money through DD will be taken for this criteria and not the Date of registration.

  • Hostel will be given for outstation students for short period. The students have to pay separately for staying (Rs.125 /student/day) and for food arrangements they have to pay separately.
  • The guide will evaluate the project and Project Completion Certificate will be given on successful completion.
