Programme Administrator Role

TIN Arts seeks a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to assist the Senior Management Team in delivering effective administrative support across TIN Arts’ core inclusive arts programmes.

The role holder will work closely with Operations and Development Manager and liaise with staff members across TIN Arts including a team of Arts Practitioners and Delivery Support Workers.

Key responsibilities:

·  To be responsible for the administration of TIN Arts’ core, inclusive arts programmes.

·  To deliver high quality customer service to all participants, families and wider supporters who engage with core programmes, acting as ‘first port of contact’ for TIN Arts in relation to exchange of information

·  To maintain and manage administrative processes within the core programmes, ensuring all information is kept up to date and accurate.

·  To undertake general administrative duties within the core programmes including answering routine and external queries, drafting correspondence, maintaining office procedures and filing.

·  To maintain and administer all internal and external policies directly related to core programmes. To include maintaining records for the reporting of accidents and other Health and Safety procedures.

·  To undertake any other relevant duties as may be requested by the Senior Management Team.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate through written application and interview the following essential qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience:

·  Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, within a busy and fast paced environment.

·  Candidates must demonstrate excellent literacy skills in the application, with supporting, relevant qualifications

·  Candidates must demonstrate a logical, methodical approach to work and a highly developed attention to detail

·  High standards of personal organisation within working practices, including time management and the ability to produce high quality, accurate work to deadlines

·  IT literate in all Microsoft packages especially Word and Excel with demonstrable experience of compiling, using and managing information and data

·  Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly in dealing with customers by telephone

·  Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, well structured and relevant information

·  Proven ability to prioritise workload, manage and solve problems, escalate internal or external issues to management as appropriate
