Short Description of the Problem:
200104-019. We are getting an error on two students when trying to change SSN that is related to plog 13698. This plog updated the logic related to the OK-TO-REG flag on international students. When the flag is set to n, as it defaults, you cannot modify previous terms in registration; therefore, the SSN change process cannot update the previous terms with new SSN.
Short Description of the Resolution:
Modified STA800NC to ensure that most edits are not done within the registration module.
