5:00 p.m. Board boat for a 1-hour River Cruise

6:00 p.m. Conclude cruise, transfer to dinner (short free time for everyone prior to dinner)

8:00 a.m. Rehearsal for the organist at St.Eustache

9:30 a.m. Conclude rehearsal time for the organist and transfer to the Louvre via sedan transfer (Bill Maddox to coordinate his arrive at the Louvre with Flavio so he can join the guided tour)

8:45 a.m. Board coach and transfer to the Louvre (headsets included)

9:15 a.m. Entrance to the Louvre museum with guided tour (50 passengers)

9:30 a.m. Entrance to the Louvre museum with guided tour (26 passengers)

2:30 p.m. Transfer to St. Eustache

3:00 p.m. Rehearsal begins at St Eustache

4:00 p.m. Rehearsal concludes, transfer to the hotel for freshen up

7:00 p.m. Board coach and return transfer to the venue

(local choir will rehearse with their organist from 6.30 until 7.30)

8:00 p.m. Concert at St. Eustache concert with local choir Choeur de Meudon.

Organ access, Bathroom and changing rooms available

The French choir will open the concert with a 30 minute program with excerpts from Le Plafond de la Chapelle Sistine" (The Sistine Chapel Ceiling), an oratorio composed by French composer Stéphane Delplace (created in 2012) inspired by Michelangelo's paintings in Sistine Chapel in Rome.

Cantabile will present a one hour program

9:30 p.m. Conclude concert and time for a social gathering of both choirs at Salle de la Point (at St. Eustache)

11:00 p.m. Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 5 - Tuesday, July 19, 2016 Versailles Excursion, Evening Concert [B, D]

7:00 a.m. Breakfast is available to be served at the hotel restaurant (go at your leisure)

8:00 a.m. Board coach and transfer to Versailles

. Meet with a local guides at Versailles for a sightseeing tour (headsets included)

9.00 a.m. Entrance to Versailles Chateaux (30 passengers) * after tour visit the gardens

10.30 a.m. Entrance to Versailles Chateaux (30 passengers) * before tour visit the gardens

Following the tour, permission has been granted to the choir to sing in Versailles Gardens.

Rules for the performance – please do not completely close any space of the garden for other visitors, This should not be considered a formal show (it's forbidden to install a scene, upstream communication during or after the show etc.)
