Dear Customer,

The City of Naples offers several convenient, internet-based services related to your utility bill. By accessing your utility account online, anytime, you can make a payment, retrieve your past bills and payment history, and view your water use history.

To use these services, visit the City’s website at and select "Pay Utility Bill Online". This link should appear on the left hand side of the webpage, in large blue letters. The following information summarizes the City’s internet-based bill-paying options.

Utility Bill Payment Options

Online bill payment services are convenient, and ensure that payments are received promptly. Instructions for these services are explained on the back of this letter.

Direct Bill Pay

This is the easiest way to pay your bill. This free service allows you to have your utility bill payment automatically deducted from your bank account on the date that your bill is due. You will always have ample time to review your bill and notify the City of possible discrepancies before your bank account is charged.

Pay Online with a Check

This option allows you to pay your utility bill online, with a check, on the day that you choose. By logging onto your account and entering the required information, your checking account will be charged for the amount of your specified payment.

Pay Online with a Debit or Credit Card

You may also pay your utility bill online with your MasterCard or VISA card (debit and credit cards are accepted). Your payment will be credited to your utility account the following business day. The city does not charge for the use of debit or credit cards.

As always, utility bills may be paid by mail, using the envelope that is enclosed with your utility bill. You are always welcome to pay in person with cash, check or your VISA or MasterCard at City Hall, 735 8th Street South, Naples.

Thank you. We appreciate your business.
