SUBJECT :Information required by Prasar Bharati Sectt. regarding properties in possession of all AIR Stations & DD Kendras alongwith its Title / Lease Deed Documents, location, land area and valuation based on depreciated value on ‘Stamp Duty Rate’, duly circulated by CCW units
Please refer to this office’s e-mail of even no. dated 17-09-2012 wherein all DDKs, HPTs, DMCs are requested to submit On-Line the required information on the website latest by 25-09-2012. A copy of this letter is enclosed herewith for ready reference. It is seen that following stations have not submitted the information by the stipulated date.

Heads of the above stations are again requested to submit on-line the required information latest by 01-10-2012 while a hard copy of the above (same) information duly signed by Head of Office along with copies of Title / Lease Deed is to be sent by post / courier and the same should reach this office at the earliest or latest by 05-10-2012.

(1)The information regarding cost of land and building (as in Annexure-I) is to be submitted On-Line on the website latest by 25-09-2012. Please note that this information is to be submitted On-Lineon the website and not to be sent through e-mail.
(2)A hard copy of the above (same) information duly signed by Head of Office along with copies of Title / Lease Deed is to be sent by post / courier and the same should reach this office at the earliest or latest by 01-10-2012.
