We the undersigned, Frank MacKay, and William Bogardt, being the Chairman and Secretary (respectively) of a meeting of the Executive Committee of the State Committee of the Independence Party held on July 12. 2008, at the Clarion Hotel, 3 Watervliet Ave Extension, Albany, NY, a quorum being present thereat, do hereby certify that
by a majority vote thereof, the Executive Committee of the State Committee did, pursuant to the Rules of the Independence Party and Section 6-120 Election Law, duly authorize and consent to the designation and nomination of the candidates named on the annexed schedule of candidates (which is incorporated herein and made a part hereof), who are not enrolled members of the Independence Party, for the offices appearing with their names, for the Primary Election to be held for such offices on September 9, 2008, and the General Election to be held on November 4, 2008, and we further certify that
The Executive Committee of the State Committee of the New York State Independence Party is the proper committee to make such authorizations pursuant to the Rules of the Independence Party of New York, on file with the New York State Board of Elections, and we further certify that
Frank Mackay was the chairman of said meeting and that William Bogardt was the Secretary of said meeting.
