Vehicle Parking Agreement
School Year 2014/2015
Parking on campus is a privilege and failure to comply with any of the parking regulations may result in disciplinary action and/or loss of parking privileges. Andrada High School and the Vail School District are not responsible for any damage or loss to vehicle contents.
Parking Regulations:
1. Parking permit fee is $20.00 and a replacement for a lost or stolen tag is $10.
2. Only one tag will be issued per student. Students may register up to two vehicles. The tag will be moved from registered vehicle to the one being driven but may not be sold, given or loaned to another student.
3. All city, county and state traffic laws will be abided by while driving on the school grounds. The speed limit in the parking lot is 5 mph.
4. The parking tag must be placed on the rear view mirror and be visible from the outside when the vehicle is parked.
5. Students may not park in a space reserved by another or in parking areas reserved for teachers and staff.
6. No one will operate his or her vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, so as to endanger life or property.
7. Since the parking and operation of student vehicles on campus is a privilege, violations of any of these regulations will result in the following:
1st violation: Written citation and a verbal warning.
2nd violation: Written citation, parent notification and signed reprimand.
3rd violation: Vehicle towed and/or suspension of parking permit.
Subsequent offenses: Vehicle towed and a permanent ban on parking at Andrada High School.
8. If your vehicle is towed, you will be responsible for the expenses. Neither the school nor district will be responsible for any damage resulting from the towing.
9. Excessive tardiness to 1st period class of the day will result in a loss of parking privileges. Chart is per semester.
