Dear ELC Families,
Now that Spring is finally here, please make sure you completed your registration for next year so you can secure your child’s spot! Additionally, please remember that we are you using AlphaBest as our afterschool provider next school year and that you need to register with them at

Please welcome Miss Sheryl Weitz and Miss Nancy Andersonto the ELC. Miss Sheryl is our new long term substitute for Miss Annie in Miss Nicole’s room and Miss Nancy will be working in Miss Debbie’s room.

Thank you to the many families who attended the Story Walk during the April vacation sponsored by t he Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) in conjunction with Raising-A-Reader. A good time was had by all!

As you know, the children have been learning and practicing the safety procedures within our school. On May 4 and 12, we will be having a short announced school wide safety drill (lock down and evacuation). Please be assured that this is only a practice and student safety is always the most important to us! Please feel free to contact the school with questions.

Drop- Off and Pick-Up Safety Procedures- Please make sure you are following Parking Lot Etiquette. Please be aware to not block the fire lanes, and the entrances /exits. All families understand that “double parking” is a necessity, but please be cognizant of other cars and, most importantly, other people. Please spend the extra second to look around you! Additionally, now that the nice weather is here, please do not double park if you are planning to play at the playground.
