First Annual Kiamichi Quilt Guild Fall Retreat

Kiamichi Quilt Guild is excited to bring you a new retreat experience!! Join us at our 1st Annual Fall Retreat. We will have a wonderful time at the Beautiful Rhema Ranch. There are three separate dormitory buildings and a 13,500-square-foot multipurpose “cafetorium” with ample space for a great ‘quilting’ experience. Located near Checotah, Oklahoma, just off Interstate 40, driving time is less than one hour from McAlester.
Our retreat is limited to 75 quilters. Male and Female Quilters are welcome. Send in your application and deposit soon before spaces are filled up. A certified Masseuse will be there Fri and Sat. you can sign up Thursday for ½ hour or 1 hour massage, price will be posted. We will have a camp block, free demonstrations, games, prizes, and classes(for a small fee). Vendors will be here - have fun shopping!

REFUNDS: All Moneys paid is refundable until July 10th. After July 10th your retreat fees are refundable only if your space is filled. T-shirts paid in advance are non-refundable

Quilt Retreat Scholarship:
We would like to provide a scholarship to a quilter who has never before attended a retreat because of financial means. This scholarship is funded totally by your donations. Donation suggested is $1-$5.00.
Applications for Scholarship can be picked up at Quilting by Vonnie. Scholarship recipients will be determined by a 3 Quilter panel. Recipient will remain anonymous.
