This is the second of three National Events to share the learning from Making it real – for everyone, a join project between Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) and the Winterbourne View Joint Improvement Programme. / In partnership with:
The project aims to:
- Show how providers and commissioners can work together with families to help people with very complex needs and behaviour that challenges live in personalised local services;
- Create opportunities for shared learning and problem solving for providers and councils engaged in this work
- Our learning from exemplar areas that have been working together to make progress;
- Relevant learning from the Winterbourne View Joint Improvement Programme;
- An introduction to the Personal Health Budgets: including People with Learning Disabilities toolkit;
- Opportunities for participants to share learning and problem solve
