Humana Hosting Job Fair June 8-9; Looking to Hire More Than 200 in Tampa Bay

Company to add full-time and seasonal Direct Marketing Services Telesales positions at NetPark in East Tampa

TAMPA –– May 24, 2017 – Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), one of the country’s leading health and well-being companies, today announced plans to add more than 200 Telesales Specialists to its Direct Marketing Services (DMS) Telesales workforce in Tampa Bay.

The jobs will support Humana’s Direct Marketing Services (DMS) call center at NetPark, 5701 E Hillsborough Ave., conveniently located off Interstate 4, in East Tampa. The company is hosting a two-day Job Fair at the DMS call center on:

·  Thurs., June 8 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

·  Fri., June 9 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Interviews will be conducted on-site during the job fairs, so interested candidates should dress professionally and bring several copies of their current resume.

The telesales positions will provide national phone sales and enrollment assistance for Humana’s Medicare benefit plans and senior products as well as specialty products. These consumer advocate positions will directly handle inquiries and provide guidance to help new and existing Humana Medicare Advantage members nationwide find benefit solutions to meet their needs.

Humana, a Fortune 100 company, is adding these jobs in order to meet the demand of the upcoming annual Medicare open enrollment period from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7, 2017. These positions will include approximately 20 year-round, full-time jobs with comprehensive benefits, and more than 200 seasonal positions that will offer mostly full-time work for up to six months.
