PA 22/20 Pacer for TRADE or ???
I purchased this airplane from a former Money Aircraft Co. engineer & A&P who had the entire airplane redone, repaired, recovered, zero timed engine, propeller rebuilt, etc. in the early 1990’s. (Until I purchased her she spent the last 25 years in the dry climate of Arizona). He unfortunately lost his medical in 2015 which is how I was able to obtain it. I am happy to supply his email address should you wish to correspond with him about this exceptional airplane. Unfortunately (and fortunately) for me, I have a wife who loves to fly but wants something with a little more room and a 6’2” son who is wanting to take flying lessons from his 5’7” dad… (i.e. we don’t both fit at the same time)
Every AD has been complied with including the sealed struts. Compressions are always in the 70’s. Engine runs great and goes on cross country flights regularly. 36 gallons fuel. Below is a list of some of the work done to the airplane (via the engineer) when it was recovered in the 90’sand also by me since I’ve had her. FYI, flew the airplane on a big cross country flight last fall from central Louisiana to Blakesburge, Iowa, Middle Town Ohio, Triple Tree South Carolina, Huntsville Alabama, and back to Louisiana! We go on cross country flights often with this airplane. Planning on Washington DC this year..

This is one of the nicest Pacers you will find anywhere. It runs, fly’s, and performs flawlessly. The airframe was recovered with Ceconite 102 fabric using the Stits finish on the wings, ailerons, flaps, horizontal tails and elevators. The fuselage and rudder was finished using the Blue River System so it has the usual Blue River appearance cracks. All paperwork & log books are available and go with the airplane.
