The event is free of charge (including all refreshments and accommodation, funded by AAH and supported by University of Leeds) but places are limited.
If you need to cancel your place once it has been confirmed please do so as soon as possible, to allow us to reallocate your place to individuals on a waiting list.
The deadline for cancellation for those booking accommodation with us is Friday 30th June. Cancellation or non-attendance after this point will be subject to the cost of accommodation (£94 for 2 nights B&B).
