Keynote- Ginger Kerrick
Ginger Kerrick is the Flight Operations Assistant Director for International Space Station (ISS) operations. During her 23 year career at the NASA Johnson Space Center she has the distinction of being the first non-astronaut Capsule Communicator (CapCom) and has also served as a Flight Director for the ISS and Shuttle programs.

When Women Lead: Plenary Session & Luncheon –Merna Jacobsen
Do women and men lead differently? Answer this question by exploring the leadership patterns of men and women in the workplace and the five most important things women can do to increase their leadership influence. Dr. Merna Jacobsen serves as the Interim Associate Vice President for Risk and Compliance at Texas A&M University as well as the Title IX Coordinator. Dr. Jacobsen has held leadership positions in each of the major divisions of higher education, including finance and administration, academic affairs, and the office of the president. She is nationally recognized as an expert in organizational development, group facilitation and crisis leadership. Dr. Jacobsen has extensive administrative experience at Texas A&M University and the university of Northern Colorado, as well as strong background in executive level support.
