A full report providing justification on how the proposal meets all matters set out in the guidelines.

DECISION TIME FRAME
Pursuant to Schedule 3 of the Building Interim Regulations 2017, the time for the reporting authority to report on or consent to an application relating to building permit applications under clause 6 of Schedule 2 of the Act if consent is required in relation to one of the above-mentioned matters is 15 business days.
Council will endeavour to meet the above time limit, however the time may be extended where Council refers this matter to other Reporting Authorities or seeks/comments submissions from affected adjoining property owners.
