METROPOLIA INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT
2016-2017
This international semester is a part of the Industrial Management degree programme, with a focus on Global ICT Business. The 3rd year courses in Global ICT Business are offered in English.
Industrial Management combines the interests of both engineering and business management. This programme specializes in business-oriented ICT Management. A key focus is on learning by doing, and a large project is offered every semester.
Here you can find more information about the degree programme and courses (note, only 3rd year Global ICT Business
courses are offered in English):

Students interested in the international semester should have an ICT Business/engineering background or at least an interest in the field.
Students who join the Industrial Management semester must have completed the first two years of core requirement studies in their home institutions. These first two study years should have included mathematics, physics and data processing.
The International semesters are offered as packages, so students should choose all the courses in one of the semester packages.
Since the international semesters include a lot of writing in English, the participating students should have a B2 level of proficiency in English in European standards. Here you can find the description of the B2 level:

We do not require an official English test from the students from our partner universities
Please note! There is a limited number of places for each semester so we are not necessarily able to offer places for all applicants. Selection of participants will be made after the application period has ended.
