Entry Fee: Rs.150/- (One Hundred only). 17thNovember is the Last date for entry.

Rules and Regulations
ü Only Tamil Nadu Players are eligible to participate.
ü Fide rapid rules in force shall apply and the Swiss system will be followed.
ü Time control: 30minutes each.
ü First round starts at 11.00am on 24th Nov2012
ü Last date for entries is on 17th November2012.The entries received from 18th to 23rd Nov will attract a late fee of Rs100/-per player. However spot entries will be allowed to take part provided they pay Rs.100/- as late fee and they will be allowed to take part from the second round with a half point bye for the first round.
ü All participants must be registered with TNSCA. The registration for the year 2012-13 is Rs70/- The participants must submit a photo copy of their DOB Certificate along with passport size photograph for registration. Kanchi District Players have to pay Rs.50/- for KDCA registration for the year 2012-13 if not paid before.
ü Chess set:-Players must bring their own International Chess sets (and Chess clock if, any)
ü Tie break:-Buchholz tie break system will be applied.
ü The arbiter’s decisions shall be Final and Binding on all players.
ü The organizer SVV Vidyalaya/MCA/TNSCA /KDCA reserves the right to admit/refuse any entry without assigning any reason thereof.
ü The organizer SVV Vidyalaya/MCA/ TNSCA/ KDCA reserve the rights of admission to the Venue and lodging places.
ü Participation Certificates will be given to all Participants.
ü Out station players will have to make their own arrangements for Lodging.

Our Vidyalaya at Chitlapakkam, an unit of Vivekananda Educational Society was established in the
year 1999 with the CBSE curriculum upgraded to Junior College in the year 2010 with the students
strength of around 1600.
The school is being managed by a committee of eminent educationists, philanthropists and social workers.
The school aims at providing man making child centered , character building , National and Spiritual Education as professed by Swami Vivekananda .
The school has produced cent percent pass in the qualifying board examination for seven consecutive years and many students achieving meritorious performance.
