The abstract (Regular 14 pt, without the word “Abstract”,) should be up to 35words. It should expressageneral directionof work and new contribution. After skipping one line below, the summary text (without the word “Summary”) follows.

The present file contains style definitions and can be edited by directly typing the text in replacement of these guidelines. The extended summary must be submitted in English in electronic form in the MSWord format. The paper should not exceed one full text pages of А4 size, with 2.5 сm margins from left, right, top, and bottom. The main point size and the font type should be 14, Times New Roman with single line spacing and text justification. The references are placed in the end of the main text without the word “References”. At the point of citation within the main text the reference number should be indicated as upper index (for example “… papers1-3“).

Suggested word processors are: MS Word 97 for Windows 95/98, MS Word 2000, MS Word 2003 for Windows XP. Apple MacIntosh users and other word processors users are requested to convert their file to one of the above formats before sending the file.

Equations should be typed using MS Equation Editor. Please verify, using the “style\define” and “size\define” menus of Equation Editor, that the selected equation font be Times New Roman, main size 14 pt.

Equations should be formatted and numbered as follows:

Authors must generate one single file including: title, authors’ address(es), abstract, text, equations and references. The file format must be one of the following: MS Word 7.0 for Windows 95, MS Word 97 for Windows 95/98, MS Word 2000, MS Word 2003 for Windows XP.
