. 3. TX SET New Swimlane Review – Kyle Patrick
o  Reviewed new draft Swimlanes - From a total of 54 Visio swimlanes in various stages the swimlanes were categorized as to whether they would stay or go and were trimmed to 17 and then 2 additional swimlanes were added. TX SET and ERCOT agreed to review Swimlanes and bring back comments to December meeting.
§  Discuss Software/Website changes Visio and PDF
§  Future Updating Process
4. Sub-Team / MCT Update to TX SET
§  Susan Munson provided update from 11/6/2006 MCT meeting.
§  Per Susan Munson, Shannon Bowling asked if after Texas SET 3.0 implementation, there should be an initial Customer Billing Contact Information file sent into ERCOT from CRs. After discussion, it was agreed that it would be a good idea for CRs to send a production Customer Billing Contact Information file to ERCOT as an initial load file. This is proposed to happen during the last two weeks of July, 2007.
§  Any issues/emergency change controls to address
5.  814_20 Retry Queue Update from ERCOT
§  Retry queue will go into production in the February 2007 Retail Release as a SIR per Catherine Meiners.
§  814_20 Rejects A76 (ESIID Not Found or Invalid) Issue identified by ERCOT
§  814_20 maintains that are failing for A76 (ESIID Invalid or Not Found) into a retry queue? ERCOT’s research indicates that about 30 % of those maintains that get rejected are on ESIIDs that eventually get created. (70% of them are on ESIIDs that never did get created in our system.) Of the 30% that are real ESIIDs, 95% get created within a day or 2 of the reject, so a retry queue would prevent them from rejecting.
Count / Percentage
Total # 814_20s rejected for A76 / 38,451
ESI IDs that were eventually created / 11,182 / 29.08% of total the rejected
Number that were created within 2 days of 814_20 reject / 10,700 / 95.7% of those that get created would be saved by a 2 day retry queue
§  A PRR still must be written for this (this will be done at the December Texas SET meeting).
6.  814_20 Long-Term Discussion – deferred until a future meeting
7.  Discussed Texas SET Issues
37, 39 (Issue 39 Considered to be Closed to determine outcome after 3.0 implementation), 40 (Pending customer Moved Out, ERCOT is still researching this.), 41 (Retry Queue for A76 (Protocol Revision as well as implementing a SIR in February 2007.), 42 (Approved for a later implementation for SMP Reject Code passed on in the 814_11. We need a Change Control.), 43 (Approved for Future Release – need Change Control written.), 44 (New – Sales agents searching for ESIIDs and not finding both ESIIDs when there was a temp and a permanent meter. When they searched by zip and not by city they would have better luck. ERCOT is currently researching this issue. This will require investigation within ERCOT to determine root cause and recommendation for solution. Update may be provided in December), 45 (New 814_PC Issue example is inaccurate. Approved for future release – Change Control to be written.)
