The location in centiMorgans are shown for loci in every linkage group containing at least one mapped Cbs (boldface).At leas 50 meiotic segregants we tested for most loci (# tested column). The maximum likelihood map of the markers is shown; however, the relative order of closely linked loci (< 10 cM apart) is statistically uncertain, limited by the number of segregants tested. Loci were selected as follows: one locus for every coassortment group (i.e. MAC chromosome) in each linkage group and some intervening MIC-limited RAPDs, i.e., generated by PCR amplification exclusively from the MIC.
