Sub : Sought immediate intervention in Cancellation of Relieving orders - reg

We request the Circle Administration to refer the letters cited above. Five SDEs were transferred from Tamilnadu circle to Calcutta Telephone District on long stay basis. Subsequently, the BSNL Corporate Office has issued orders, to keep all the transfer orders in abeyance in view of the ensuing Membership Verification Process for the Executives in BSNL. While Four SDE’s transfer orders were kept in abeyance, one officer Shri.K.Muruganantham DE(LA) was reverted as SDE and relieved on transfer to Kolkatta without caring for the orders of the Corporate Office.

This has been brought to the notice of the Circle Administration and the circle administration has responded positively. Instructions were issued to the Erode Administration orally and officially by the CGM’s Office. The Erode administration is willfully disobeying the orders. The relieving orders issued to the officer Shri.K.Muruganantham DE(LA) was not cancelled till date.

We would like to recall the discussions we had on 04.05.2016 and wherein we have made our observation that the transfer policy is likely to be violated by Erode administration. It has been assured at that time that sufficient instructions were issued to all SSAs and No violations will be permitted (also at Erode) . We request your urgent intervention in cancellation of the relieving order issued by GMT Erode to Shri K.Muruganantham DE (LA) and to note- record the reluctant attitude of the Erode administration in obeying the instructions of the Circle office and Corporate office please. It is requested again to the CGM to intervene and to render justice please.
