Responsibilities: / - Complete Transmission Network Audit (Multivendor Scenario) for Airtel Brand Launch in 7 East African Countries namely Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Madagascar, Uganda and Congo B.
- Analyzed the existing network and provided recommendations in terms of frequency retuning, power adjustments, Hi-LO Violations, Capacity Up gradation, Removing out of band frequency from the network, Hardware changes for network Availability improvements.
- Supported BSC modernization project: - Gathered the Information from the Local Teams regarding the BSC swaps, BTS Swaps, TRX additions in Existing Network and accordingly proposed the Capacity up gradation wherever required along with the BOQ for the new Hardware.
