Responsibilities: / -  Complete Transmission Network Audit (Multivendor Scenario) for Airtel Brand Launch in 7 East African Countries namely Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Madagascar, Uganda and Congo B.
-  Analyzed the existing network and provided recommendations in terms of frequency retuning, power adjustments, Hi-LO Violations, Capacity Up gradation, Removing out of band frequency from the network, Hardware changes for network Availability improvements.
-  Supported BSC modernization project: - Gathered the Information from the Local Teams regarding the BSC swaps, BTS Swaps, TRX additions in Existing Network and accordingly proposed the Capacity up gradation wherever required along with the BOQ for the new Hardware. Also provided the Abis plan for mapping the existing sites to new Flexi BSC’s.
-  Planned the New upcoming sites in every region Phase wise delivering the Freq Plans, Link Budgets, BOQ and the Implementation Trackers.
