With a high content of top-quality active ingredients, InsecTecs produces outstanding cleaning results, particularly when tackling stubborn dirt, such as insect residues, bird droppings and tree sap.This is achieved by using selected raw materials that are optimally matched to each other and which boost each other’s effect.By way of example, InsecTecs uses its alkaline components and selected surfactants to remove dried on dirt quickly andeffectively whilst preserving the paintwork.In spite of the high alkalinity, this innovation from WashTecoffers significantly enhanced material compatibility over conventional high-alkaline pre-cleaners.Thanks to its exceptionally good foaming properties, InsecTecs is ideally suited for use as an active foam in gantry car washes without technical configuration for the chemical pre-wash.
Another great feature for operators who attach importance to quality washing and who always like to offer their customers an added value is that InsecTecs ensures perfect cleanliness and a pleasantly fresh smell in the wash bay not just during the insect season, but also the whole year through.This is because the innovative InsecTecs cleaner is not just highly effective on all stubborn heavy soiling but can also be used in autumn and winter as a highly efficient pre-cleaner and as an alkaline wheel rim cleaner.The fresh lime scent produced during washingadds the perfect finishing touch to the excellent cleaning results.
Application:
In car washes, InsecTecs from WashTeccan be used in the chemical spraying arch for the chemical pre-wash as well as in the foam spraying arch.In self-service facilities and conveyor tunnel systems, the special cleaner is also used in rinsing and pressure spraying units for manual pre-cleaning.InsecTecs can be prediluted to any concentration.Best cleaning results are achieved when diluted with water in a ratio of 1:10 or 9%.When used in the foam spraying arch, InsecTecs is added undiluted to the car wash's dosing system.The foam effect can be individually adapted by adjusting the dosage of the product and the volume of compressed air and water.
When used up to the recommended concentration of 15%, InsecTecs is VDA-compliant according to class A and B; the chemical is available in 10 and 25 kg canisters as well as a 230 kg drum.
